Working with bulk tools and CSV files

Process many URLs at once by pasting or uploading a CSV — then export as CSV or a ZIP of snippets.

Using tools

Bulk tools let you handle dozens or hundreds of rows in one pass — ideal for site migrations and large content sets. Everything is parsed in your browser; the file never leaves your device.

Preparing your CSV

  • Include a header row — the tools read columns by name.
  • For bulk meta, common columns are url, title, and description.
  • For redirects, provide source and destination paths.

Running a bulk job

  1. Open a bulk tool and either paste CSV text or upload a .csv file.
  2. Review the parsed preview to confirm columns mapped correctly.
  3. Export the result as a single CSV, or as a ZIP containing per-URL snippet files.

Large files

Because processing is local, the practical limit is your device's memory rather than a server quota. Very large files simply take a moment longer.
